Over years of projects and initiatives related to the Colentum site, the Argonauta association has also created souvenirs that promote this archaeological site. Besides the first tourist map “The Hidden Treasure of Colentum”, which is available at the tourist board offices on the island of Murter and free for everyone, Argonauta's souvenir collection also includes a lucerna – a replica of an oil lamp from Colentum, the story “Quintus Petronius Colentinus” about Quintus, a boy from Colentum who dreamed of becoming a Roman legionary, and T-shirts with the site's logo.
These souvenirs were made to promote and valorise the site, and all income from their sale is invested in the further development and research of the site.
Besides fairs across the county, this summer you can also buy Colentum-inspired souvenirs in the morning, from 9:30 to 11:00, at the Colentum site during the “Wednesday trip into Murter's history”. Argonauta staff in festive Roman dress will be waiting for you there to make your experience of the site complete!
