Geocaching Colentum
Ancient Colentum hides a treasure — search for it with GPS and discover a place with a mysterious past.
What is geocaching?
Geocaching could be described as a game of “hiding and seeking treasure”. In this case the treasure is not gold coins, diamonds or jewellery, but hidden boxes – so-called caches – which anyone can find using GPS.
The game is becoming more and more popular, and its main aim is to spend time outdoors and have fun searching for secret locations. It appeals to nature lovers and is increasingly becoming a new way to round off a holiday.
Ancient Colentum has recently also been hiding a treasure that will interest every geocacher! We have hidden our geocache well, marked its longitude and latitude with GPS and added one more challenge for curious geocachers!
